Well, totally forgot to get a picture of the finished product before I cut it - ha! That's ok, we will always keep it real when you "Come Cook with Melissa"! The original recipe called for a strawberry topping. I took a short cut because I was feeling cherries more than the strawberries and grabbed a can of cherry pie filling/topping. I'm keeping it separated just in case someone wants their cheesecake plain. Certainly not trying to toot my own horn but it is GOOD!!!!! 😋 Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. 😍

I earned the springform pan last month to use in my PC Quick Cooker. I grabbed the ingredients for this cheesecake while I was at the grocery store this evening. Stay tuned for the outcome...
