Please keep in mind that we do cook in a kitchen that uses wheat. However, to ensure there is no cross-contamination, we prepare each of our gluten-free items entirely on their own prep table where no other cooking or prep takes place.

While I have created the recipe for both of our AMAZING gluten free cakes it's Sarah who has been baking them since the start of this business 6 years ago (but for a brief break during one semester of college which one of our prior employees handled like a pro)

Sarah takes such pride in these cakes. Her precision ensures that each time you buy a piece it's identical to the one you had before. I'm forever grateful for the magic she brings to the shop - her smile at the checkout counter or her positive attitude while baking and cooking in the back.

I’m just here for the ride and the photos.😄I take every chance I can to get up into the vast sky where the sun and the clouds play games I never knew existed.

But the amount of trust necessary when I climb into that tiny aircraft where all you can see is air... it’s intense. My life is completely at the mercy of his flying capabilities, and I love it. It’s so damn scary, yet I run to hop into that plane every chance I get.

Why? It teaches me so much about life and this journey I'm on in building a brand—a product in hopes to join families to gather around the table for dinner. The crazy thing is, every pivot and every percent of growth requires another step of trust. And just like that flight, it’s so damn scary every single time. ✈

But I’m here for the ride—scary moments, pivots, and all the good like rays of sun through the puffy clouds. ✈️☀️🍽️
