Ingredients:
🧀 Andrew & Everett Mozzarella Rustic Thick Cut Shreds
🌾 3 cups all-purpose flour
🧂 ½ teaspoon salt
💧 1½ cups warm water
🧈 1-2 cups melted ghee or butter
Directions:
1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl, then gradually add warm water until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes until elastic, coat with ghee, and rest for an hour.
2. On a greased surface, stretch each dough ball into a thin sheet, brush with ghee, then fold into a rectangle, sprinkle A&E Mozzarella Cheese in the middle layer, and fold again into a square, brushing ghee between layers.
3. Preheat the oven to 400°F, place the folded dough on a greased baking sheet, brush with more ghee, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and flaky.
