I had a missed call from a guest who has visited our farm, that happened to be driving past. they said they saw this lil cutie at the end of our drive. It had been an hour before i got the message, and i thought the worst. we are on a busy highway.
I walked the road and saw nothing. Was about to give up and got back to my driveway and heard mew mew mewin.... followed it up to the tracks.... found this little void (who did not want to be caught)
the void ran down the tracks and then down to a bush at the side of the road where i was able to make my move. NABBED!
with the void secured, I provided a cozy towel and some water, then ran to our local Tractor Supply Co. (15 til closing, sorry yall) and grabbed some rations. twas a hungry lil thing.
belly full. bath complete. now the wee void is sleeping on my chest in a moby infant carrier.
mission complete.
