I'm attempting to grow a Kombucha scoby from scratch. I had a scoby hotel for several years, but unfortunately I neglected it and the top got too dry and molded. I had to trash the whole thing. Here goes nothing!

Having new babies on the farm is always an exciting time! These teeny chicks are called seramas, the smallest chicken in the world. The a hen in the video is several years old and is probably around 6 or 7 inches tall. She can be a feisty little thing, lol. I've had a few people ask about this breed.
