What a sigh of relief we were able to breathe today 😅

We processed and packed just over 200 broilers last week and our online store is restocked as of this afternoon! Tired is an understatement, but we are so excited to share that we now have these chicken products available:

We've got about a week until our first chicken processing of the year! They've been living their best lives on daily fresh pasture and nonGMO feed. It's been a lot of work (as usual), but the tender, delicious chicken we'll get for our table & yours makes it all worth it!

This pasture didn't have a whole lot going on last year, so we put some turkeys on it. Fast forward to this year, and it's HAPPY! The grass is almost waist high now! It always amazes us at what a difference a simple setup can have on the land.

We will not be at the Wake Forest Collab on Sunday. Jenn is taking a much needed day off for Mother's Day! Here's where you can find us this week:
