We have been brewing beer in the heart of Evanston and Skokie since 2014.

Is it Magic? No, we thought it tasted like fun dip. Phantasm of the Hopera IPA is back for the first time in years! This beer uses a calculated process, a science driven yeast and mega terps, a thiol enhanced hop blend with powder derived from Marlboro Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which together enhances and transforms flavonoids from the hops and malt into an incredibly tropical, juicy beer. Get it on tap in both locations and in very limited distribution around town. (7.8% ABV)

At last! We are so excited to tap Freedomish: Respect Existence or Expect Resistance! Centered around our purpose of standing up and speaking out for our immigrant friends, this fruited American wheat ale is curated with fruits native to Central and South America, including dragon fruit and Andean black berries, blueberries and raspberries. Stop in either taproom tomorrow to try a fresh pint! One dollar from each pint and 4-pack sold will be donated to the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights ().

Also, mark your calendars for two Freedomish celebrations in the coming weeks. Meet the brewers, hear the story behind this year’s brew, and enjoy Freedomish at Bitter Pops in Lakeview on Thursday, June 18 and at Nisei Lounge in Wrigleyville on Thursday, July 16. More details to come!

It’s 1:20 somewhere and Day Game IPA is back on tap. It’s brewed and dry hopped with Mosaic hops for huge tropical fruit flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, and guava. A touch of honey lends a soft finish. Brewed only in summer, Day Game is the single IPA version of Night Game Double IPA. Grab it on draft and in six packs to-go in both taprooms and at your favorite beer shops around town. (6.0% ABV)
