SeraiMas is serving sampler bites of Malaysian Indian Tomato Chutney with Prawn Crackers and Corn Chips. There will be other small bites on the table too.

Our group of chefs, foodies, and international grocery owner led by Suwanee of Simply Suwanee will be discussing food, ingredients we use in our cooking, and where to get them. Come join us in watching the premier of The Grocery List Show this evening at KSPS Spokane.

Chicken Loh Mai Kai is a classic Cantonese dim sum dish that translates to "sticky rice chicken". It features savory, umami-rich glutinous rice packed with seasoned chicken, and shiitake mushrooms. The sticky rice is seasoned with soy sauce, five spice powder, and sesame oil.

Sambal Cornflakes is a sweet, spicy, and savory snack made by coating cornflakes in scratch made sambal (chili paste), mixed with fried anchovies, peanuts, and curry leaves.
