We’ve been making an effort to transition back into more whole food, plant-based meals at the HQ. This is a beautiful nicecream that’s definitely going to get anyone ready for their day. Additionals are optional, I just like to add everything I need in a day in a meal instead of finding a way to consume them, lol! Plus, they add heartiness and boldness to a dish regardless! Recipe below: 🌱1 frozen banana (mango works wonders for nicecream as well FYI) 🌱1/4 C frozen pineapple 🌱1/3 C OJ (water if you’d rather go fully ) 🌱 1/2 tsp maca root powder (adaptogenic for stress, hormonal regulation) 🌱turmeric + touch black pepper to activate 🌱 pinky-size piece of fresh ginger. Blend that baby up, and top with your fat source of choice - if you’d like, we suggest our uh-mazing lavender/blueberry granola, available online, by delivery, and always at on Sundays and on Fridays. Remember: granola is a treat, just to add healthy fats (at least in our recipes 🤪) and crunch. It’s not the star of the meal 😉👍
