Today only at Berry Hill: we have just 2 authentic Kouign-Amann available.

Made following the traditional recipe from Douarnenez, Brittany, using a sourdough bread dough (not croissant dough, which is not the authentic method) and an unapologetically generous amount of butter.

Each Kouign-Amann serves about 8 people and keeps beautifully for several days.
