A meeting of two farmhouse traditions.

We're proud to release a special edition of Willoughby from Jasper Hill Farm, washed with our Polyfloral, a barrel-aged farmhouse ale brewed with fruit and honey. The result is something uniquely New England: a supple, cave-ripened cheese layered with notes of ripe berries, wildflowers, stone fruit, and earthy cellar character.

Crafted in partnership with the team at Jasper Hill, this limited collaboration celebrates the connection between fermentation, agriculture, and place. Pair a wheel of Willoughby with a bottle of Polyfloral and experience how beer and cheese can transform one another.

Both the cheese and beer are now available in limited supply. Grab some before it all gets gobbled up 🍓🧀🍺

June is for Loretta! 🌾🌞🍻

The beer that started it all is back for another summer. Our original grisette is brewed with local spelt and wheat, creating a beer that's light, lively, and perfectly suited for the season ahead. Soft notes of citrus, delicate farmhouse character, and a crisp, dry finish make Loretta as refreshing today as when we first brewed it.

Barrel Aged Farmhouse Pale Ale returns in a very special form. This Barrel Select edition spent 24 months resting in a freshly dumped Shorebird Bourbon barrel from our friends and next-door neighbors at . One of the best parts about operating beside a distillery? Fresh barrels still carrying all the warmth, spirit, vanilla, oak and character straight from the source.

The result is a layered and expressive version of BAFPA, where bright farmhouse character meets notes of bourbon caramel, toasted oak, soft spice, and a deep, rounded finish. A true meeting point between brewery and distillery, crafted just a few steps apart. Available now in limited bottles at our tasting rooms. 🍾🍻

Introducing Izakaya, our first Japanese-style pale lager. Brewed with noble hops and loxless barley from , Izakaya draws inspiration from the easygoing energy of Japanese alleyway bars and late-night pours under glowing lantern light. Deep golden in hue with a robust body and smooth complexity, earthy hops meet just a kiss of sweetness before a crisp, dry finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Brewed over six weeks and built for shared plates, good company, and long nights. Available this week in our tasting rooms before heading out into distribution. 5.0% ABV 🍺🏮

Spectral has returned.

This mixed-fermentation farmhouse ale brings together two of our favorite threads: mixed fermentation farmhouse ale aged on Maine-grown cherries and Surfcasting, our summertime farmhouse wheat beer brewed with sea salt and blended with fresh lime juice.

The result is bright, tart, saline, citrusy and deeply refreshing. Cherry limeade Oxbow-style!

Blended and conditioned over 18 months, Spectral is back just in time for warmer days ahead 🍒🍋

Still rocking hoodies. Still chasing a little warmth between cold Atlantic winds.

But if the surfcasting’s on we're packing the cooler and headed straight for the beach. Crisp, coastal and built for long afternoons by the water — even if it’s still hoodie weather in Maine. 🍻 📸:
