Before the day, month, and year run away from me (it’s insane how fast time has been moving), I wanted to take a minute to pay tribute to what marks the 7th year of Alchemy Bake Lab! 🎂

I started this incredible bakery 7 years ago today at my kitchen desk. It took me over 10 years to find the name, 10 hours to make the logo, and not even 10 minutes to see the vision of Alchemy Bake Lab! It was actual magic. 🔮

From that day on, failure wasn’t an option! I’ve met so many incredible humans on this journey! Celebrated hundreds of you most important days! Laughed and cried together! Most of you guys start as clients and we become instant friends! Each day I get to wake up and live my dream! Is it hard? F—k yes. Would I change it? Absolutely not. It’s been a wild ass ride full of wins and losses, but the magic is still in everything we do! Alchemy Bake Lab creates magic because that’s what it’s made of at its core! You guys taste the love and magic in our product, we can see it on your face! 😏

Thank you! For supporting my dream for the last 7 years! I know it’s an overused term, but I seriously wouldn’t be even writing this if it wasn’t for the fierce support you give us! Thank you friends, I love you! Cheers to many more! 🙌

I just need to take a minute to highlight this particular treat.

Guys. These things are FREAKING INCREDIBLE! Fun story, Red Velvet Cheesecake Bars are not on our main menu (that might change), so when we decided to showcase them, the delicious R+D fell to me. Well, it took me a solid 6 attempts until I finally reached perfection! And man are these things as close to perfect as a dessert can get! 🙌

Back to our nostalgic series! The good ole Ding D**g! This one’s for all my chocolate lovers out there! 🖤

Melissa chose this treat to represent her childhood because she LOVES chocolate! She grew up eating ding d**gs regularly- so it only made sense! Melissa is one of our badass cake decorators at Alchemy! She’s been on my team for just over 2 years and before that, she was one of my regular customers! Haha! I love that for us! Anyway- she’s the best and so is our ding d**g! 😜
