Join us as a vendor at AACF’s Asia on the Creek Celebration on Saturday, May 23, 12–5 PM along Carroll Creek Linear Park in Downtown Frederick!

📌 Important Deadline:
All vendor registrations must be fully completed and submitted by Monday, April 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM.

Registrations are only considered complete once the form, payment, and all required documents are received.

🍜 Food Vendor Permit Reminder:
All food vendors must comply with Frederick County Health Department requirements.
• Food trucks with a valid Frederick County mobile food service license do not need an additional temporary permit
• Restaurants, home-based businesses, and other vendors must obtain a Temporary Food Permit
• Please list the event name as “Asia on the Creek”
• Approved permits must be submitted to AACF by April 20, 2026

We have even more menu items to offer this Thursday, and we're now accepting orders through Wednesday at 6PM. Quantities for each item are limited, so we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.
If you're outside the DC, MD, or VA area, please place your order by Sunday, May 10 at 6PM. We'll ship your order no later than Tuesday, May 12.
