Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip understood the assignment


Cheesy, spicy, scoopable perfection.

Ingredients
• 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie = MVP move)
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
• ½ cup Buffalo sauce (Frank’s-style—adjust to taste)
• 1 cup Chip Magnet Garlicious
• 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella (or a mix)
• Optional but clutch: sliced green onions

Instructions
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix cream cheese, dressing, Buffalo sauce, and Garlicious until smooth.
3. Fold in chicken and half the cheese.
4. Spread into a baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
5. Bake 20–25 min until bubbly and lightly browned.
6. Sprinkle green onions on top if you’re feeling fancy.

Serve with
• Tortilla chips
• Celery & carrots
• Toasted baguette slices
