Check out Chef Nick Miller doing what he loves — we are proud to call this creative, culinary mastermind our Executive Chef! After graduating from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 2001, Nick moved to St. Louis to pursue a new career endeavor. He began working at Harvest, an impressive farm-to-table restaurant he would eventually come to own. Aside from restaurant owner, he has acquired many titles over the years, including 'Best Chef's America 2013'. Nick joined our team in early 2022, from 23 City Blocks where he served as Corporate Executive Chef. We continue to be thrilled to have him a part of the Butler’s Pantry family. He's jumped right in and together with our established team is living out our mission of providing our Clients, their Guests and our Business Family with “every reason to celebrate”!

I was given the amazing opportunity through Butler’s Pantry, to attend a leadership convention in Nashville. Last night, I had the absolute pleasure to meet Maneet Chauhan. She is incredibly inspiring and a beautiful soul. She gave us a tour of her kitchen before we sat down and enjoyed insanely delicious food from her restaurant, Chauhan Ale & Masala House. I’ll definitely be back!

The 23 City Blocks culinary group has always been our baby. We nurtured it, helped it grow, we love it. But the time has come, we know that now we must let them all take wing. We have taken The Caramel Room, 23 City Blocks, and Lumen as far as we can. We have thought seriously about the future. And we have determined what’s next.
We have known Richard Nix, Jr. and many of the dedicated team members at Butlers Pantry for years and have always liked and respected the way they do business.
✨Thus, this prelude is an introduction for you, rather than our farewell✨
As of today, Rick, his 56 years of experience and his talented team at Butler’s Pantry will take our culinary gems into their family and you will feel right at home! Your beloved 23 City Blocks Executive Chef Nick Miller is now Butler’s Pantry Executive Chef. All those special dishes selected and tasted are still on the menu for your event. This is a marrying of two award-winning, highly acclaimed culinary in-service powerhouses: you now have a culinary All-Star team!
