Tiny Hiney Farm & Soapary Tiny Hiney Farm is a small, family owned and operated farm that raises Nigerian Dwarf goats. Our small herd has some nice milking lines. Hello and welcome!

Our family is excited to have you here. This little farmstead is located on about ten acres of land that is taken care of by us and all our littes, that range from 2 to 22 years old. There is seven of them total and we wouldn't trade them in for the world. Tiny Hiney Farm is one that focuses on the miniature critters. We have a small Nigerian Dwarf goat herd and Dexter cows. There are also turkeys

, geese, and a variety of chickens. Plus our two equine girls, a turtle, fish, dogs, and cats. Our homestead offers homemade bath products to help with everything from all natural to fun and unique. We are just starting out right now and can't wait to see where this adventure takes us.

Wow! What an experience we had at lunch time. We just got home from the plant auction and Sophie was watching the barn cameras. She said Firefly is pushing. Pulling into the driveway and she juumped right out to run for the barn. After making sure baby goats were not coming at this minute she was in the house and made lunch to have brought out to her in the barn. (Real farm kid right there.)

I watched the bubble burst and a few more pushes on my way to the barn. (Had to get the other kids lunches settled.) Upon checking to see what was going on we had two legs but they didn't go together and the head right there. I tried to push one back in and get around for the right one with no luck. There wasn't a lot of room.

A phone call to Dr. Johanna Kingsley who happened to be right by between calls. She arrived and the two baby goats were separated and delivered alive and healthy. Both beautiful doelings. Momma is doing well, too.

Please welcome Dragonfly and Butterfly.

🍅Game Time🍅

This week we have been very busy working in our garden and are not clost to being done. We have purchased a lot of plants for this growing season and our small army of a family. With that being said it seems like a fun time to do a little C*O*N*T*E*S*T.

All you have to do is guess how many tomato plants we planted currently. We like lots of pasta, salsa, salads, and eating them fresh from the garden.

Let's see your guesses below and leave what your favorite way to have tomatoes is.

Pocket chicken anyone? This doesn't even surprise me that James has a little hen riding around in the pocket of his sweatshirt as he does his chores. She is a little BYM from a year or two ago. All of our poultry gets handled a lot. The kids have them on their shoulders like parrots, cradle them like babies, and even read stories to them. They are very loved. Which makes downsizing them or ummmm freezer camp a wee bit hard.

Hope you enjoy a bit of silliness to add a smile to your face.

Blessings & love

This has been a process as we have a lot of projects going on all at one time. Our chickens share a big coop area. Which works but we wanted to give them separation from breed, easier to clean, and work with. Not to mention keep them out of our garden area. The Plymouth Barred Rocks have made it to their new home. Two more to be done for his coop and then a few other coops and we will be set.

The shed for the geese was moved tonight, too. A lot is being accomplished right now. Check out that roo. He is so handsome.

"Come a little bit closer.", she says. All the while getting ready to reach out and goose ya. The gander is a sweetie pie. They are pretty little lawn sharks.

We did so much today. Some of the kiddos were in the barn taking care of their horses stalls. Connor and I were buddies working on cleaning out the messy garden shed everything was thrown into. Donald took out the old chicken coop that was in there. He then built a shelf and I straightened up the collection of planters. Atleast the terra cotta ones. The antique sink found it's home, too.

We are very dirty and tired. How was your Wednesday?

Blessings & love,
Kim
