Often over-looked by coastal beer geeks, we want to show the world that landlocked states are just as capable of big flavor, but we’re doing it our own way. Fueled by a thirst for great beer and a willingness to try making something a little different, our goal is to give beer drinkers everywhere fresh ales with tons of flavor without packing a big alcoholic punch. We love craft beer from all over
the world but find the often high alcohol percentages tend to put us to bed a little earlier, especially at the least opportune times. We want to give you beers that you can chill and have a few of with your friends. Besides, the point of drinking beer is to socialize and tip back a few, right? Tyler and Nick, a couple of guys working in customer service, realized they shared a love of great beer. Soon, they began trying new beers together and Tyler invited Nick to take a stab at home-brewing with him. What started out as a fun hobby has turned into an obsession, a lifestyle, and now a career. A couple of cubicle jockeys working 9-5 decided to ditch the corporate life after several years of home-brewing and start shoveling spent grain, cleaning stainless steel tanks, and running a tap room for a living.
