🍊 Flor de Azar is a premium citrus liqueur created, owned, and operated entirely by women and produced at the Flor de Luna micro-distillery in Mexico City. It features unique botanicals sourced locally and is an elegant and deeply compelling triple sec ideal for Margaritas and perfect for a spritz.

✨ is a brand featuring some of the finest producers in Guerrero, still relatively untouched by many importers due to the decades-long unrest throughout much of the state. Selections are very limited, and include Rayo Seco Cupreata Ancestral, Rayo Seco Sacatoro Artesanal, Rayo Seco Lechuguilla Artesanal.

🌵 was co-founded by spirit industry veterans Adam Castelsky and David Weissman, Viamundi featuring with top producers in each of Mexico's prized D.O's. Our selections include Tequila, Raicilla, Mezcal, Charanda and Sotol.

Dr. Konstantin Frank ignited the “Vinifera Revolution” a movement that forever changed the course of wine growing in the Finger Lakes and the United States. (We also want to give an honorable mention to the founders whose vision created the platform these women lead in today — Chris Cottrell, and Morgan Twain-Peterson MW, who launched the winery’s journey back in 2007.🥂)

✨ Casey Barton — Viticulturist
Casey brings a rare mix of soil science, sharp palate, and sales savvy to her role as Viticulturist. A Geological Sciences grad from UT, she quickly found her calling in wine — drawn to its deep connection to earth, science, history, and place.

🍷 Allison Badar — Enologist
Alli joined Bedrock full-time in fall 2024 as Enologist after standout roles as a 2023 Cellar Intern and 2024 Viticulture Intern. A Minnesota native and former professional dancer, she first discovered wine while working at a Dallas tasting room during injury rehab.

🍇 Katie Rouse — Associate Winemaker
Raised in a Virginia wine family, Katie Rouse didn’t fall for wine right away — until a college “Terroir” class sparked her geology-driven passion for its blend of science, creativity, and place.

Domaine Maby La Forcadière Tavel Rosé

The estate's historic cuvée (Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre) grown in the three terroirs of Tavel (rolled pebbles, sand and slate).

A family-owned estate for more than seventy years, their ethos is to create and maintain an ideal environment for vine health through organic viticulture. All work is also done by hand.

In the cellar, each lot is individually fermented allowing the characteristics of each to shine through, and then be blended to the final wine.

Part of a new "better-for-you" series wine from our friends at Airfield Estates , only 90 calories per serving and 9% alcohol - light, bright, and effortlessly enjoyable.

Winemaker Travis Maple utilized select mature vineyard blocks and early harvesting--picking at lower Brix levels--to preserve natural acidity and aromatic intensity. The older vines develop the grapes' flavor before sugar levels rise, resulting in a wine that remains flavor-driven and refreshingly vibrant.

We’re proud to shine a spotlight on Anne Eifel-Spohr, the talented winemaker and driving force behind Heinz Eifel — a wine estate rooted in the heart of Mosel and known for expressive, terroir-driven Rieslings. 🇩🇪

Founded in 1979 by her father Heinz Eifel, the Römerhof winery has long honored Germany’s winemaking traditions. With a diploma in oenology from Geisenheim University, Anne embraced the family legacy and officially took the reins as winemaker in July 2000. Since then, she has guided the estate’s viticulture and cellar work, crafting wines the Heinz Eifel label among others.

Under Anne’s leadership, the winery continues to produce vibrant, beautifully balanced Rieslings that showcase the character of Mosel and Rheinhessen sites alike — wines that speak to place, personality, and generations of German winemaking. 🍾✨

We’re thrilled to highlight two exceptional figures making their mark in Burgundy’s Savigny-lès-Beaune: Caroline and Juliette Chenu of Louis Chenu Père et Filles. 👩‍🌾👩‍💼

As the fifth generation at their family estate, these sisters are carrying forward a legacy that began in 1914 — with a clear, modern vision. Caroline oversees viticulture and winemaking, championing organic farming and a minimal-intervention approach in the cellar, while Juliette drives the estate’s sales and communications with equal passion. Together, they have steered the domaine to certified organic status and produce elegant, terroir-driven wines that are increasingly recognized for quality and value.

Their wines — from delicate Savigny-lès-Beaune reds to beautifully nuanced Premier Crus — reflect both the diversity of their vineyards and their dedication to sustainable farming. With thoughtful winemaking rooted in tradition yet looking forward, Caroline and Juliette are redefining what family-run Burgundy can look like in the 21st century.
