Did you know? The origin of the name “prosciutto” likely comes from the Italian word proscigata which means “dried”. All of our prosciutto is coated in sea salt for 2 weeks and hung to dry for up to 9 months. During this time, the flavor is enhanced naturally.

Midsummer flavors shine in this easy flatbread. Use a few well-chosen groceries to make a gourmet-style dinner with very little preparation time. Mix and match with seasonal fruit and herbs: pear and sage, figs and tarragon, peaches and rosemary. Prosciutto is wonderful with almost any combination!

Looking for a way to celebrate National Rosé Day? Salty, savory prosciutto is an excellent match for a dry, crisp rose w**e. We can’t think of a better way to celebrate National Asparagus Day! Wrap a spear of blanched and cooled asparagus with prosciutto and serve for an easy snack or charcuterie board add-on. For something a little fancier, add a smear of soft, spreadable cheese, like , to a slice of prosciutto, then wrap around a spear of asparagus, sprinkle with olive oil and crisp in the oven for a few minutes for a decadent side dish or appetizer.
