General Pricing:
Cupcakes (ordered in a minimum of a dozen per flavor):
Basic Flavor with a buttercream icing $1.50 per cupcake
Specialty Flavors start at $1.75/$2 per cupcake
Cake pops: $1.50 each dipped in chocolate with basic sprinkles, increase in price for specialty flavors and shapes/
more detailed decorations (ordered in a min if a dozen per flavor)
Cakes:
6 inch smash cakes start at $13
Birthday & Special occasion cakes start at about $25 and go up (see note below)
Two tier cakes start at about $80 and go up (see note below)
Sheet cakes are 11x15 single layer (serves about 30-35 and is around $40), can be made a double layer with filling and serve about 60ish people
NOTE: All cake and cupcake orders are subject to price variations depending on type of icing/fondant, level of decoration, flavor of cake, filling, flower work, number of servings, etc. Each order is baked fresh & thus it is highly encouraged to contact with as much advance notice to ensure my availability. For larger orders or weddings, advance deposit/payment is required. Please let me know if you need a receipt or invoice. I only can accept cash or check transactions at this point (checks are made out to Sarah Norbie). Cake and Cupcake Flavors:
**Basic flavors are: chocolate, vanilla (funfetti), marble, yellow cake/butter cake
**Specialty Flavors are: Strawberry Berry, Lemon Dream, Cinnamon Graham, Orange Dream, Citrus, Almond (poppyseed or non), Lemon Poppyseed, Carrot Cake, Italian Cream (coconut & nuts), Apple, Pumpkin, Peanut Butter Cup Crazy, Salted Caramel Drizzle, Cookies n Cream, Red Velvet, Banana, Caramel mocha (coffee flavored), mint: Dark chocolate Andes mint or Candy Cane Crazy…….(If there is a flavor of cake you like but do not see here, Please ask!)
**Icing options: I make a traditional American buttercream that can be flavored in many ways (vanilla, almond, caramel, orange, lemon, hazelnut, maple, etc… I am able to make cream cheese icing, marshmallow icing, whipped icings and ganashe (traditional or whipped ganashe milk chocolate, dark chocolate or white chocolate).
**Fillings for cakes and cupcakes add an additional cost: options include lemon curd, raspberry filling, strawberry filling, salted caramel filling, mocha filling….etc. Don’t forget those other sweets:
Homemade Salted Caramel Sauces sold in 8oz jars (Flavors include Sea Salt Caramel, Peanut Butter Caramel, Toasted coconut Caramel, Pumpkin Spice Caramel) $5 a jar
Scones: $20 a batch which yields 10 to 12 scones, flavors vary as requested (examples are white chocolate cranberry, pumpkin maple, almond poppyseed, etc.) Muffins, bars, cookies, bundt cakes, tarts, cheesecakes/mini cheesecakes, brownies, etc….all are available and priced per batch or dozen upon request. GLUTEN FREE OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS/ALLERGIES: Almost all ORDERS can be modified for dietary restrictions such as sugar limitations, dairy free, gluten free, etc. Please be specific in your request and we can discuss options and price. I am a home baker and NOT a peanut/nut free environment.
