Marshmallows!!!
Sooo delicious. So many options and so much better than store bought! But it is legit a race against time to work with everything at the right temp!! That corn syrup is a sticky mess :p will try with more flavors and recipes!!!

Trying out some different compound butter flavors! Mmmm I loooove savory butters!!
Today I made one with sea salt, basil, and lemon zest…and another “cowboy butter” made with chives from my herb garden, a bit of cayenne, garlic, and Dijon mustard. Looking forward to trying these out on dinner tonight!
