Unicoi Preserves Fruit forward,small batch spreads from the mountains of north Georgia. The entire production process is done by hand.

The terrior of our northeast Georgia mountain region produces the finest fruit and wine that we use to make our spreads. Our gourmet spreads enhance the flavor of the fruit and have the artesian characteristics that only our grandmothers could match. Low in sugar, but with no artificial sweeteners, coloring or flavors, just natural Georgia fruits, vegetables and wine.

With the summer heat, is it any wonder that July is National Ice Cream Month⁉️
⭐️ Apple Pie Sundaes are a delicious way to celebrate. We make an apple pie filling flavored with traditional warm spices including cinnamon and nutmeg, then give the apple filling a little zing with Apple C***r Pepper Spread and cayenne peppee. A homemade cheddar cheese crust accompanies the sundae, and is an ideal to make ahead. Recipe 🔗 in the comments.
