Busy week in the kitchen setting up oil, alcohol and honey extractions. Dug the burdock from last year, as well as a few ginsing roots and did the first cut of the chysanthemums. A friend gave me some lion's mane to play around with & I had some dry calendula from last year that needed a home . Some foraged yarrow, plantain, dead nettle and violets rounded out the week's prep.

Working with some powerful greenery this spring - the Mallow (Malva verticillata), Dap ca (fish mint or Houttuynia cordata), Gotu Kola(Centella asiatica) and Dandelions (Taraxacum officinale) are all up and we're harvesting them and processing them into herbal products!
