We are officially SOLD OUT and want to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported Rosco’s BBQ today. The response continues to amaze us, and we’re incredibly grateful for the love this community has shown.

To everyone who stood in line, shared our posts, told a friend, brought their family, or stopped by to grab a plate—we appreciate you more than you know.

We know some folks arrived after we sold out, and we’re sorry we missed you. Every week we’re learning, growing, and working to bring more food while maintaining the quality that Rosco’s BBQ is built on.

The support over these first few weekends has been nothing short of incredible. Seeing familiar faces return and meeting new customers each week reminds us why we started this journey in the first place.
