Congratulations to Beverly Polo for winning the Foxlease 12 Goal Cup! What a wonderful tournament. Thank you to DragonFly/Centauros, Altair Polo, Beverly Polo & Foxlease for competing. Yesterdays final was an evenly matched , hard fought game that will be remembered as a highlight of the Summer! Looking forward to next weekends 12 Goal Annual Piper Cup. The teams are Beverly Polo, DragonFly/Centauros, Salty Beacon & Banbury Cross. Please join us for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 6:30 PM Tuesday evening at the main house at Banbury Cross for the official draw of the teams for the Piper Cup. We are pleased to announce the Austin Burdick NYTS Youth Tournament will be played Saturday July 8th at 11:30 am at Foxlease and will be a round robin format. Youth from the area will assigned a team to play this fun tournament and make new friendships that will carry our sport into the future. We hope that our entire polo community will come out and share in this joyous event with the kids.

This year’s participants are Hannah Bauer, Sofia Bignoli, Alex Conde, Kyle Conde, Jasmine Davis, Oliver Firestone, Emmie Golkosky, Amy Kim, Mina De Pradines, Mary Kate Santos, Harrison Thomas, Tenzin Tognini, Francisco Villamil and Hardy Pemberton. All of these youth are from local clubs and all are very talented and will be fun to watch!

We will have a field side lunch following the game please indicate if you will be attending and Todd and Tyler Burdick will be there to cheer on the teams:)

The 6-8 goal Independence Cup started this week :
Foxlease beat Lafayette 67 and will advance to the finals next Friday, July 7th against Beverly/BBX.

Congratulations to all the teams who played last weekend!

BBX/Guarisco beat Centauros/Peterbay by 1 in the first game and Dragonfly and Langenberg Law tied in the second game.

Come out to Banbury Cross Polo Club this weekend to watch some more exciting games!

Friday: Centauros/Peterbay plays Foxlease at 10:30 AM and Greenhill Winery will play Flinthill/Beverly at 6 PM.

Sunday: Flinthill/Beverly will play BBX/Guarisco at 3PM and Foxlease will play Dragonfly at 5PM
