Moving forward, all pre-orders must be paid at the time the order is placed in order for the order to be confirmed.

Because Brooklyn Eatz purchases groceries and prepares food based specifically on the number of pre-orders received, last-minute cancellations can leave us with food and expenses that have already been paid for.

We completely understand that emergencies happen, and each situation will be handled with understanding and on a case-by-case basis. ❤️
