✨ Meet Madison! ✨

If you don't know her from pulling shots behind the bar at GŪD Coffee, then you definitely know her as the smiling face that greets you every time you walk through our doors.

Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Madison and her boyfriend, Jacob, have built a life in Valdosta. Since joining The McKey Building family, she's become an essential part of our day-to-day operations. Not only does Madison manage both GUD Coffee and Oak & Olive, but in her very little free time, she also shares her passion for dance by teaching classes at A Time to Dance in downtown Valdosta. From early mornings and busy weekends to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, Madison wears many hats and somehow does it all with a smile.
We truly couldn't do it without her, so be sure to say hello next time you see her around! ✨💗🥂

Meet Diamond, the heart behind the kitchen here at Oak & Olive. ✨

What started as a hobby selling homemade pastries at school quickly turned into a passion and purpose. Completely self-taught, Diamond realized her talent in the kitchen and chose to further her education to continue growing her craft. Now, while juggling first-time mom life and long days in the kitchen, she continues to push herself creatively every single day. Her goal is to create dishes and experiences that feel thoughtful, memorable, and unlike anything else.

If you’ve had the chance to try one of her creations, you already know… she pours her heart into every detail. 🤍
