After 8 years, 1,500+ weddings and A LOT of tacos… we’ve learned a thing or two. 😂🌮

#1 🍺 NEVER DRINK AT A WEDDING
Unless the couple or host specifically invites you to.
You’re the caterer… not Uncle Steve who’s already three margaritas deep. 😂

#2 💃 NEVER JOIN THE DANCE FLOOR
I don’t care if “Mr. Brightside” comes on.
YOU HAVE A JOB TO DO. 😂
The guests can dance. You’ve got dishes to refill!

#3 👰‍♀️ NEVER INTERRUPT THE COUPLE’S BIG MOMENTS
First dance? 🚫
Vows? 🚫
Cake cutting? 🚫
Bride crying happy tears? 🚫

“Excuse me, where would you like me to put these tortillas?”
NOT. THE. TIME. 😂

#4 🌮 NEVER EAT THE FOOD BEFORE THE GUESTS
Yes, that taco looks incredible.
Yes, you made it.
Yes, you’re starving.

WAIT. YOUR. TURN. 😂🌮

#5 📱 NEVER MAKE THE WEDDING ABOUT YOU
You’re there to make the couple look good — not turn their wedding into your personal TikTok shoot. 😂

Get the job done. Stay professional. Make the couple happy. Then get outta there before somebody hands you a microphone. 🎤😂
