We had an escape last night and it’s safe to say we both were caught off guard during that flashlight checkin. What type of clips do you use with a glass lid? I only have a 20 gallon tank so I need easy access to the top for food and water changes. Pictures or an Amazon link would be helpful.

A few weeks ago, we got three crabs and I was pretty excited this morning to see one had chosen a new shell after several weeks of hiding.

My question is though this shell is a lot bigger than his other shell, maybe two times bigger than his other shell. I would’ve thought it was too big for him but he’s foraging around today and very active like he’s loving it. I could see that he tried an even bigger one but decided against it.

SOS! Just was gifted a beautiful tank that was on a back porch. Unfortunately I have to bring them inside due to sugar ants. Outside they had the heat and humidity. Im conflicted on getting a heating pad for back of tank or what would work best. Also re doing the tank… how do I make the substrate “wet” sand castle wetness do I just mix it with water before putting it in the tank??
