While what we cooked was short of our normal goal, we had help getting extra food into the community yesterday. Our Neighbor's Pantry blessed us with several shelf stable minestrone kits that their volunteers lovingly put together. We had a volunteer driver that helped get these and our meals to homebound families in Gary and Lake Station in partnership with Santa Delivers AYR last night.
Looking forward to next week!
