🔥 What an incredible day in Los Alamitos!

Last week we had the honor of catering a beautiful baby shower for an amazing family. The menu featured a whole roasted pig, hand-cut ribeye steaks, grilled kielbasa, slow-smoked beef short ribs, and our signature Santa Maria style beef tri-tip, all cooked fresh on site.

We’re truly grateful to have been part of such a special celebration, and it means the world to us to hear that everyone enjoyed the food. Thank you for trusting our family to help celebrate one of life’s biggest milestones.

What a special day celebrating an incredible college graduate! 🎓❤️

One of my favorite moments was hearing both the graduate’s speech and her mother’s speech. There wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd. It was a beautiful reminder of all the hard work, sacrifices, and love that go into reaching such an important milestone.

For the celebration, we grilled everything fresh on-site, including Santa Maria tri-tip, BBQ chicken, and garlic herb salmon. Guests also enjoyed baked beans, broccoli salad, potato salad, and a fresh garden salad with ranch.

Congratulations to the graduate, and thank you for letting us be part of such a meaningful day! 🎉🔥.
