Plates and platters were a success. We offered pulled pork, Mac and cheese and potatoes with smoked bacon. You guys ate it up for sure.. Also we offered pulled pork mac and cheese. For sauce we did a bourbon bbq sauce from scratch.

Lets do it again but with, Ribs, Mac and cheese, baked beans and either fruit salad or Mac salad (can’t decide on what salad) drop a comment with what you guys want to see on the menu.

What is up everyone. Hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July. We are still taking orders for pulled pork, Mac and cheese, ribs, burnt ends whatever your heart desires or craves we can fulfill. Plates, platters, catered event. You need it we will supply it.

Summer around the corner, smoker on the patio, Ds Aroma wants to take your order. Starting off slow but will be expanding into full menu hopefully shortly. Day by day is how we take it, the the aroma roll and your stomachs rumble pulled pork at $5 a slider or $7 a lb.
Then switching it up whth some ribs.

After that we will be doing another take on some ribs to satisfy those those bbq withdrawals everyone has been having.

After a very very long break from smoking food… we are happy to make a come back and take over the area with a new Aroma. Ds Aroma will be back up and running taking orders ready for your needs. Do you need a lunch? Do you need a family dinner? Do you not want to cook? Do you want bbq but don’t have the time to do it.

I gotchu. No problem at all I can have that ready and sealed up for you to take home open and devour for you and your family.

But it gets better do you have a company picnic and you don’t know what to bring. We can handle that too, sporting events, weddings, birthdays, and just a simple dinner. Smoked food will always satisfy and hit the spot.
