The Bakery Is New, But the Baking Isn’t!

🧁💜 A Little More About Intuition Bakery 💜🧁

If you're new here, I wanted to share a little more about where Intuition Bakery came from.

My love for baking started when I was a little girl watching my grandma in the kitchen. She made wedding cakes, desserts, and all kinds of yummy treats, and she taught me so much of what I know today. She has always been my inspiration. ❤️

Over the years, I've also had the opportunity to put that love and experience into practice by baking for friends and family. I've made birthday cakes, baby shower cakes, baby shower cupcakes, and other special treats, always just because I loved being able to create something special for the people I care about.

And the best part? They loved what I made. 🥹💜

So while Intuition Bakery is new, baking isn't something I'm just starting to learn. This is something I've been doing, practicing, and loving for years. I'm simply taking something I've always enjoyed and finally turning it into something of my own.

That's where the name Intuition Bakery comes from. Trusting what I know, creating from the heart, and letting that special intuition guide me in the kitchen. 💜

Right now, I'm building this little bakery from the ground up, one follower, one conversation, and one order at a time.

Does resting cookie dough really make a difference? We put it to the test! 🍪🔬
Swipe through (or take a look top to bottom) to see what happens to our signature 4oz browned butter chocolate chip dough at three different resting stages:

🔝 Top (Baked Immediately): Good, classic, and delicious—but baked right away before the flavors had time to fully bloom.

↔️ Middle (Refrigerated 4 Hours): The winner for texture! Super fudgy in the center, perfectly set edges, and stayed amazingly soft even days later.

⬇️ Bottom (Frozen 24 Hours): The ultimate flavor winner! Giving the dough a full day allowed the browned butter and sugars to rest and deepen into pure caramel goodness.

The takeaway? Great things take time! That’s why we give our small-batch dough the rest it deserves so every bite you pick up on Saturday is top-tier perfection.

​Loved teaming up with my bestie to bring these custom leopard BuzzBall-themed cupcakes to life for Chylah’s birthday! 🐆🧁

​She baked the delicious cupcakes and created those crisp, custom edible image toppers, while I handled the buttercream piping and finished them off with delicate edible pearl accents. Teamwork makes the dream work (and makes the treats look this good)!

​We craft everything in fresh, small batches to make sure you get peak quality and maximum deliciousness every single weekend. Here is how you can order:
​✨ Banana Bread: Sold by the full loaf (perfect for slicing and sharing throughout the week!)
✨ Jumbo 4oz Browned Butter Cookies: Available by the Half Dozen (6) or Full Dozen (12)
✨ Gourmet Dessert Cups (Biscoff & Banana): Sold in 2-Packs minimum (because one is never enough!)

Planning a special event or need a sweet fix? Here’s a quick update on our cupcake policy! 🧁✨

​To ensure every single batch gets the time, attention, and quality care it deserves, cupcake orders require a 2-dozen minimum per flavor selection.
​Because our menu operates on a small-batch, fresh-baked model, we also require a minimum of 2 weeks’ advance notice for all custom cupcake requests. This gives us the time needed to order specialty ingredients, craft custom decorations, and reserve space on our baking schedule just for you!

​I believe the best baked goods are made with purpose, care, and a whole lot of intuition. From perfecting rich, browned butter doughs to layering delicious dessert cups, every single batch coming out of my kitchen is crafted from scratch in small quantities to ensure every bite is exceptional.
