Huge thank you to Ace Hardware Cascade Village for not only bringing Mosscrowe BBQ into the store, but giving us some love on their page too!

Seeing our sauces and rubs sitting on the shelf alongside some big national BBQ brands is one of those moments that makes you stop for a second and appreciate how far this little Vancouver, WA brand has come.

We’ve got a BUSY couple of months ahead of us, so here’s where you can find Mosscrowe BBQ!

We’ve heard you loud and clear about how fast we’ve been selling out. 😂 We’re working on expanding how much BBQ we can cook and serve so we can feed more of you on these upcoming dates!

We just got done stocking Space Age Centralia with Mosscrowe BBQ products, so Lewis County now has another spot to grab some of your favorites without having to make the drive south!

🔥 MOSSCROWE IS OUT HERE AT BG AUTO LICENSING! 🔥

We’re serving up our STUFFED BBQ MEATBALLS today, and we loaded these things up!

🥓 Bacon
🧀 Cream cheese
🧀 4 cheese fiesta blend
🌭 Maple breakfast sausage
🥩 Ground beef
🔥 Seasoned with our Campfire Dust AND Apple Chipotle BBQ Rub
🍖 Then glazed up with our Sugar Daddy BBQ Sauce!

We’re aiming to have the first batch ready between 11 and 11:30 AM. We’ve got AT LEAST 190 stuffed balls coming your way! 😂🔥

Round 2 hits the smoker at 11 AM and should be ready around 1:30 to 2 PM.

We’ve also got our mac salad and ice-cold drinks to go with them!

🔥 BEFORE I LIST IT ANYWHERE ELSE, I’M GIVING OUR FOLLOWERS FIRST SHOT! 🔥

I’ve decided it’s time for Mosscrowe BBQ to upgrade to a larger tow behind smoker, which means my 120 gallon offset smoker is officially for sale.

$4,000

This smoker has only had roughly 25 to 35 cooks on it and has been an absolute workhorse for us. Thick steel, holds temps extremely well, easy to clean, and once you learn the fire management, it’s incredibly easy to run.

It has a bottom and top rack and some serious capacity.

🔥 Up to 14 racks of ribs
🔥 Around 200 meatballs
🔥 Up to 5 briskets
🔥 Up to 10 pork butts

Those numbers are each item cooked by itself, not all combined.

It also has the 4x4 package, so despite being a 120 gallon pit, it’s very mobile and easy to move around.

And here’s the other part...

Whoever buys it, I’ll personally train you on how to use it. I’ll show you how I build and maintain the fire, control temperatures, manage the different areas of the pit, and get comfortable running an offset smoker.

I’d love to see this go to somebody who follows us before I put it out to the general public.

The only reason I’m selling is because we’ve outgrown it and I’m looking to move into a larger tow behind smoker for Mosscrowe.

Yep. We did it.

Our already popular stuffed BBQ meatballs just got even more ridiculous.

300 meatballs. Lets see how fast we can sell me out. Last person to grab the last 10 meatballs gets it for FREE!! NO I WONT TELL ANYONE HOW MANY ARE LEFT. 😂🤣

🥓 Slow smoked, crumbled BACON mixed right into the meatballs
🧀 Stuffed with 4 cheese fiesta blend AND cream cheese
🔥 Smoked and finished Mosscrowe style
🧀 Served with a side of MAC
🥤 And a cold drink

These things were already a hit. Now we went and added bacon because apparently we have no self control. 😂
