Such a shame that we will have to treat ourselves with some homemade ice cream.

I think this is my girls favorite appliance and gets them to be creative in the kitchen.

Plus it's better than store bought and actual real food!

Time to get a little cold weather support brewing 🍲

Has anyone made their own elderberry syrup? And, what do you love to add to it?

Today we are doing a mix of elderberry, cinnamon, cloves, oranges, and echinacea.

I tried it and.... Loved it!

I have been looking into making a shampoo bar so if this is of interest let me know. And, in the meantime try the Oat and Honey soap.

What's easier than standing and eating? Laying down and eating.

Need a snack to go? He has eaten hay that has fallen on his back. He will share with Hank, so generous.

Get pushed away from the hay? Hide under it and eat your way to the top before they notice (yes, he has sat under a pile of hay that fell out of the feeder and just ate his way to the surface 🤦🏼‍♀️)

You know it's canning season when the big spoon comes out and my eyes get squinty from all the onions 🥲

Today is tomato soup. A family favorite that is very much like a spaghetti o's base and takes us back to childhood.
