Looking forward to cooking homemade Salmon Croquettes with hominy, green beans and fresh raw baby spinach salad tonight, Wendy & I have been talking about food dishes that we have not had since we were little. What are some of the dishes that you haven't had in ages but loved back then?

One of our favorite versions and great idea for the Super Bowl Parties ;)

Jalapeno Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
• 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
• ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
• ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
• 1 1/4oz Artichoke Hearts (chopped)
• ½ cup Sour Cream
• ½ cup Mayo
• 1 tablespoon pickled Jalapeno
• 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
• Add Salt & Pepper
Mix all ingredients together: In a medium sized bowl combine all the ingredients and mix/blend well. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, or bread.
