If you know me, you know this whole adventure started with a fascination for fermentation—watching simple ingredients transform into something completely new.
Two of my favorite examples? Vermouth and port-style dessert wine.
🍸 Vermouth is a wine that’s been fortified and infused with botanicals, herbs, spices, and citrus. Think complex, aromatic, and cocktail-friendly.
🍷 Port-style dessert wine is fortified during fermentation, preserving its natural grape sweetness while adding richness and depth.
How I like to enjoy them:
✨Vermouth: with soda water, tonic, in a 50/50 martini with a twist, or a White Negroni.
✨Dessert Wine: poured over vanilla ice cream, paired with cheesecake, or chilled alongside a piece of dark chocolate.
Different styles. Different occasions. Same love of transformation.
