Halfway through a skin fermentation of Sauvignon Blanc! Beautiful organic grapes from Fidencio Flores

We have the 2025 vintage for sale and it’s been popular in the tasting room. Isn’t she cute??

Gorgeous organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes fresh off the vines.

After 3 days of fermentation those green grapes change color and the juice/w**e does as well! The orange color comes from the skin contact.

Gorgeous evening for a bin drop and vineyard sample! Whether I’m working on the computer, cleaning tanks, pressing grapes, sampling vineyards or picking grapes, my work days never look the same right now. Harvest is magical. Take it one day at a time and savor the sunsets and sunrises.

Our kids have become our official recycling crew! ♻️🍷
Every few months they help us return all of the bottles from our tasting room. That little CRV on our labels for the past 2½ years means that, with a little extra work, those nickels and dimes add up.

Every bottle you enjoy in our tasting room helps fund a little allowance for these hardworking helpers. It’s a fun way to teach them that hard work pays off, while keeping thousands of bottles out of the landfill.

So the next time you see them sorting bottles, know they’re earning every penny—and helping us do our small part for the planet. 💚

We will be serving up fresh artisanal pizzas, pouring the new w**es, and have tarot and astrology readings with Elizabeth Estrada and we’d love to see you there.

If you know me, you know this whole adventure started with a fascination for fermentation—watching simple ingredients transform into something completely new.

Two of my favorite examples? Vermouth and port-style dessert w**e.

🍸 Vermouth is a w**e that’s been fortified and infused with botanicals, herbs, spices, and citrus. Think complex, aromatic, and cocktail-friendly.
🍷 Port-style dessert w**e is fortified during fermentation, preserving its natural grape sweetness while adding richness and depth.

How I like to enjoy them:
✨Vermouth: with soda water, tonic, in a 50/50 martini with a twist, or a White Negroni.
✨Dessert W**e: poured over vanilla ice cream, paired with cheesecake, or chilled alongside a piece of dark chocolate.

Different styles. Different occasions. Same love of transformation.

Zee Bubbles sparkling Chardonnay is the perfect picnic w**e! Pop the crown cap and enjoy the sunset from cemetery park this weekend!

This isn’t your mom’s Chardonnay. It’s crisp, light and refreshingly bright! With lovely bubbles, fresh citrus, and just enough texture to keep things interesting.
