Chef Cynthia's Living Food for Living Life I believe nutrition, healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular exercise, and a spiritual practice are all elements of a healthy life. Thanks,
Cynthia

Cynthia Norton, NC I received my training from (Global College of Natural Medicine). Integrative Nutrition world-class training program and learned from luminaries in the field of health and wellness. I have also dedicated the last twenty plus years to reading and gathering information from many different sources and am constantly researching new and cutting edge information related to nutrition.

With the nutrition education behind me and my personal interest in eating whole foods; I continued my training summer of 2014 at the renowned Living Light Culinary school (the only certified raw food school in the world). I graduated as Raw Food Chef and teacher trainer. From Living Light to Tree of Life Foundation and Cousens’ School of Holistic Wellness Cafe Apprenticeship Program
I was Certified as A Tree of Life Chef
October 1st 2015 - April 1st 2016
What an honor to work with the practical skills needed to chef at the finest vegan, live-food establishments. Thorough this education in both the theory and practice of Dr. Cousens’ moderate low-glycemic, live-food, vegan, high-powered, anti-diabetogenic, and enduring, radiant health cuisine and lifestyle. They offer the most holistic and spiritual training program in the world. I also feel honored that they offered me a position as chef. My plans were not with them as I had more adventures and learning to do. My education has provided me with multidisciplinary training across many major dietary theories--from macrobiotics and raw foods that will help you discover foods that are perfect for your unique body, age and lifestyle. Rather than dwelling on calories, carbs, and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to make bite-sized diet and lifestyle changes that create sustainable results in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. What's really unique about my training is this intersection of nutrition science and personal growth. Taking a holistic approach to looking beyond what's on your plate to lifting the veil on what nourishes your heart and soul. Food can fill us but not fulfill us. Often we are fed not by food, but by the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual experiences that feed us. I believe healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular exercise, and a spiritual practice are all vital forms of nourishment that feed us on a much deeper level than ordinary food. And in my practice, we will explore how all these areas are interconnected and how they can impact your health as a whole.

I have researched this many years ago and sent my dad a huge envelope of information when he got a rare type of skin cancer. Unfortunately he never opened it.
That was over ten years ago.
I know of a man that healed his late stage prostate cancer with this. He was never supposed to make it.

What if a cancer breakthrough was suppressed — not forgotten?
Laetrile (also called vitamin B17) was once researched as a potential cancer-fighting compound… but instead of getting answers, researchers and patients were met with censorship, ridicule, and dismissal by mainstream medicine.
This article doesn’t just retell history — it pulls back the curtain on how powerful institutions labeled it “dangerous,” marginalized its proponents, and made sure the story stayed buried. Whether you call it bias, bureaucracy, or suppression — the questions it raises about who controls medicine are worth paying attention to.

Inversion therapy: head stands for health and vitality. Inversion therapy involves turning the body upside down to counteract the effects of gravity, whether through a headstand, an inversion table, or an inversion bench. This practice has been used for centuries in yoga and holistic healing to promote circulation, spinal decompression, and overall well-being. The health benefits are 1. spinal decompression and pain relief- hanging upside down gently stretches the spine, relieving pressure on disc and nerves, which can help alleviate back pain, sciatica and tension. 2. boost circulation and oxygenation- inversion increases blood flow to the brain improving mental clarity, concentration and overall cognitive function. 3. lymphatic drainage and detoxification- the reversed Gravitational pull helps flush toxins, and stagnant lymph, enhancing immune functions, and reducing inflammation 4. hormonal, balance and endocrine system support- headstands, and inversions stimulate the pituitary and thyroid glands, which regulate metabolism, energy levels, and hormone balance, 5. stress reduction, and nervous system reset- Being upside down activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing cortisol levels. Using an inversion bench makes this practice more accessible by providing support for the shoulders and reducing strain on the neck, whether using a headstand bench an inversion table or simply practicing traditional yoga, inversions incorporating this therapy and your routine can enhance vitality, improved posture and support overall health just a few minutes a day can create a profound shift in your body and mind.

Rebounding, jumping on a mini trampoline is a simple yet powerful exercise with incredible benefits for the lymphatic system. Unlike the circulatory system, which has the heart to pump blood, the lymphatic system relies on movement to flush out toxins and waste. Just two minutes of rebounding can flush the entire lymphatic system, helping to remove cellular debris and improve immune function.
The gentle up and down motion, stimulates lymph flow while the movement of weightlessness at the top of each bounce create a unique gravitational force that enhances detoxification. Studies show that rebounding can nearly triple white blood cell count, strengthening the bodies natural defense system, and increasing its ability to destroy cancer cells. Beyond detoxing, rebounding supports oxygenation, boost energy, improves circulation, and enhances overall well-being all in a fun low-impact way. Just a few minutes a day can make a huge difference in your health!

New Study: High-Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) Accelerates Cancer Tumor Growth Via The Liver. The study, published in the journal Nature, highlights one way in which high levels of fructose consumption promote tumor growth. In a process called interorgan lipid transfer (when fats move between organs and tissues in the body), the liver makes fructose more available to cancer cells by turning it into nutrients in the blood they can use. High fructose intake has also been shown to contribute to the development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and linked to diabetes, heart disease, and colorectal cancer.

That's not all. HFCS is made from insecticidal GMO corn (corn that produces a toxic insecticide within every cell of the plant) that's doused with carcinogenic glyphosate, glufosinate, 2,4-D and/or dicamba herbicides. This toxic junk really should be illegal.

Yes!!!

This is great news—and a long-overdue step forward.

Red No. 3, a petroleum-based dye linked to cancer in animal studies, has been banned from food and ingested drugs.

It was banned in cosmetics 35 years ago but stayed in candy, gum, and processed foods marketed to kids.

These dyes aren’t harmless—they’re synthetic chemicals that disrupt our biology and offer no nutritional benefit. They’re designed to make food look more appealing, but at what cost?

While this ban is progress, it’s just the beginning. Our food system is flooded with additives and chemicals that harm our health. The real solution is simple: choose whole, real foods.

Prioritize your health. Read ingredient labels.

This is about more than Red No. 3—it’s about creating a future where our food supports our health, not undermines it.
