Last week, I went out for dinner with a few friends.
The food was great, but when the bill came
 total chaos 😅
Everyone had different meals, someone forgot their drink, and then came the big question — “How much tip should we leave?”

We spent more time doing math than actually enjoying dessert.

That’s when I realized: it shouldn’t be this complicated to split a bill or calculate a fair tip.
So, I built a little app that does it instantly — just enter the bill, pick your tip percentage, and it splits everything neatly for everyone.

Mozzarella Garlic Butter Chicken Bowties in Cheesy Cream

Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
Return chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing well to coat in the cheesy garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

One Pan Baked Zucchini Cheese

Ingredients:

1. 3 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
2. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4. 2 tbsp olive oil
5. 1 tsp garlic powder
6. 1 tsp Italian seasoning
7. Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease a baking dish.
2. Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange zucchini in a single layer in the baking dish.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
6. Serve immediately for the best cheesy goodness.

I told the seafood to behave
 but the shrimp and crab decided to throw a lasagna party!

Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp & Crab

Ingredients:

1. 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
2. 2 cups cooked shrimp, chopped
3. 1 cup crab meat
4. 2 cups ricotta cheese
5. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
7. 2 cups marinara sauce
8. 2 cloves garlic, minced
9. 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
10. Salt and black pepper to taste
11. 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sautĂ© garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, crab, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes and remove from heat.
3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with a bit of salt and pepper.
4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the seafood, and 1/3 of mozzarella. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
5. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

BLT Chicken Ranch Wrap

Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas
2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
4 slices cooked bacon, crispy
1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing

Directions
Lay tortillas flat and spread ranch dressing evenly.
Layer with lettuce, chicken, tomato, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
Slice in half and serve fresh.

They say money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy tortillas
 and that’s pretty close.

Turkey Ranch Club Wrap

Ingredients:

1. 4 large flour tortillas
2. 200 g sliced turkey breast
3. 4 slices cooked bacon
4. 4 slices cheddar cheese
5. 1 tomato, thinly sliced
6. 1 cup shredded lettuce
7. 4 tbsp ranch dressing
8. Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Lay tortillas on a flat surface and spread ranch dressing over each one.
2. Add turkey, bacon, cheddar, tomato slices, and shredded lettuce.
3. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
4. Roll tortillas tightly into wraps, folding in the sides as you go.
5. Slice in half and serve fresh or chilled.

I asked the shrimp and crab to relax
 but they layered themselves into cheesy lasagna instead!

6. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
3. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until zucchini is tender and cheese is golden and bubbly.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
