Supper tonight:

Fresh potatoes and beets from the garden, roasted.

Fresh corn from our farmer’s market friends, boiled and on its way to the freezer.

Fresh garden watermelon from our lovely neighbor friends, Pritchard Family Farm.

Pan seared steak bites right from our own home raised beef.

This time of year is nuts. But it’s also the point.
