Ben Roberts' Heritage Poultry & Eggs I started producing soy free eggs in 1988 for the farmer's markets in the northwest. I don't want anything to do with that for my customers.

I started producing soy-free eggs in 1998 for the farmer's markets in the northwest because of the research being done in Europe on the effects of soy in the human body. The problem with soy is that eating it will increase the level of estrogen in your body, upsetting the balance between estrogen and progesterone. I feed my hens a well-balanced SOY FREE diet without the use of GMO grains. The American Breast Cancer Foundation has endorsed my eggs for women who need to avoid eating soy.
