We’re firing up the big pot and cooking up our Louisiana-style Smoked Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya at the Versailles Olde Tyme Apple Festival this Saturday, October 3rd.

We’ll be serving up that rich, Cajun flavor you know and love, straight from the big cast iron pot. As always, ingredients are TOP priority. We believe good food starts with what goes in the pot. No shortcuts. No fillers. Slowly cooked, the Cajun way.🔥

We’ll have bowls & to-go containers available for purchase, so you can enjoy a hot bowl at the festival or take some home for later!😋

We’ll be located by Dear Dental on Monroe Street in Spots 417-418.📍

Tomorrow, our pasture-raised chickens are headed to a USDA-inspected processor, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring this farm-to-table addition to our menu for this special event. We take pride in raising our birds with care and are thankful for the opportunity to share them with our homesteading community.🤗
