Every good Cajun dish starts the same way—cutting up all the fresh vegetables and meats before they ever touch the pot.🔥

It takes time, patience, and a whole lot of tender lovin’ care.❤️

Here’s a sneak peek of what we’re prepping for our gumbo pre-order pickup! Only thing left for choppin’ is the seasoned chicken breast after it slow cooks in the smoker all morning!😋
