Broody hen special all month long: hens choice mixed dozens for $30, a dozen will be a mix of what they have laid, no set quantities but I will do my best to get a mix of everything!! Pictured is a 1.5dz we did last week.

I eat eggs for breakfast 5/7 days per week I love eggs. For years my breakfast staple was 2 fried eggs with cheese over a grape or strawberry rhubarb jelly. Recently I’ve changed to an egg, cottage cheese & cheese scramble & raspberry rhubarb jelly. Today I added some asparagus & cut up brat. Based on what’s in the fridge I will add just about anything to my scrambled eggs.

I love my morning eggs!!

What are some of your heavy egg recipes you like to make? One of mine is potato salad, especially in the summer!! 5lbs of potato’s & (almost) 2 dozen eggs in this bowl. Another one of mine is mock angel food cake which uses 12 egg whites, then I cook the yolks & give them back to the chickens

Have the following rainbow or rustic rainbow hatching eggs up for grabs tomorrow 4/29 traveling Marshall MN to Sioux Falls. & traveling Thursday 4/30 new ulm to Mankato to Rochester to St Charles.

Mix of black copper marans welsummers Olive eggers all which will lay darker then what hatched from, one set with 3 whiting true blue. All will include 2 extra f1 (first generation) olive eggers. Lastly have 1/2dz silverudds with one extra.
