A little experimenting at home tonight! 🔥

Meet the Sicilian Bee Sting! 🐝

Fire-roasted flatbread loaded with pepperoni, salami, bacon, sundried tomatoes, red onion, and melted mozzarella, finished with a drizzle of hot honey.

We picked up a sample of this flatbread at the Gordon Food Service show last week and decided to have a little fun with it.

Now we're thinking about what one of these would be like coming off the wood-fired Freedom pit... 👀

What a beautiful wedding celebrating 200 guests! 💍🔥

We were blessed with the opportunity to provide BBQ catering for the happy couple and their guests. The food was 🔥, the atmosphere was incredible, and seeing guests come back for seconds (and thirds!) is always the best compliment we could ask for!

Another amazing job by Ammara Kan putting together a beautiful buffet setup! 👏

The fire's been burning since 5 AM. 🔥

Ten pork butts on the 500-gallon Freedom pit, and they're just about ready to come off after a long day in the smoke.

Beautiful bark, steady heat, and a whole lot of patience. Getting things ready for tomorrow's wedding catering!
