I collect vintage cookbooks and one of my favorites is on my favorite shelf in my kitchen 🎸 🦋

My Banana Pudding Granola was inspired by this very recipe. It’s the only granola recipe I have that has egg as an ingredient because of the pieces of meringue. I wanted it to be as close to her recipe as I could create it🥚 🍌

This book was last published in the 80s and was only sold regionally. If you’re ever lucky enough to find a copy, grab it! It’s full of amazing recipes from employees of DollyWood and Dolly herself 💖 📖
