Pork katsu served over basmati rice with Japanese curry, pickled kyabetsu, tonkatsu sauce, sesame seeds, and scallions.
Harvest Chicken Caesar Salad:
Grilled chicken, green apples, shaved Parmesan, hazelnuts, Parmesan crisps, and spring mix tossed in Caesar dressing.

Nueske’s bacon, lettuce, tomato, and smoked maple balsamic aioli on Turano sourdough.

Graham cracker crust, cinnamon maple cream cheese, spiced sweet potato crumb, smoked maple syrup, and salted caramel drizzle.

Espresso-soaked ladyfingers layered with sweet mascarpone and finished with dark chocolate powder.
