This year we have three different varieties of potatoes we are growing! All of which are a white versatile potato. The superior and Norwis (the Kennebec replacement which you all have come to love). Our third and new variety is the Eva. Below we have given a little bit of info on each.

🥔The Eva potatoes are a highly versatile, bright white-skinned potato known for their slightly mealy, creamy texture and excellent storability, they are primarily used for baking, mashing, roasting, and homemade potato chips.
🥔The Norwis potato is a highly versatile Known for its blocky shape, smooth buff skin, and pale yellow flesh, it is highly sought after by chefs and home cooks alike for its exceptional frying qualities and dense, flavorful texture.
