My love of cooking and baking for over 40 years, truly shines in my love to create desserts and meals for others. Since I was about Eight years old I have been in the kitchen, standing on a stool ( Still have to sometimes) watching my Nona's cook and helping with family cooking. Using recipe's passed down for generations. As the year
s went by, I would find a reason to be cooking or baking and self teaching until I was old enough to get a small job and every time I had an opportunity to be around a kitchen, I took it. Working in a dozen different restaurants. From Fine dining, to Pizza places. Bakeries, bagel shops.... you name it. I was there to learn. Even made my way to the set of Master Chef. THAT WAS A BLAST! This is my absolute passion. I am a savory cook and a baker. Gen X cook evolving to modern healthy eating and implementing all the newer techniques.
