In the early 80's, my father Jimmie Hendricks created a seafood batter & breading recipe for our family gatherings. The family enjoyed it so much, that they persuaded dad to make it more often. Throughout the years, family and friends alike, continue to enjoy the homemade taste of Jimmie Hendricks Famous Seafood Batter. People to this day, remind me about the great memories they had, while enjoying his creation. This recipe has been over thirty years of tradition, now we would like to share it with you. Once you've tried dad's batter you will be saying the same phrase we say in the south. "You haven't had any until you've tried Jimmie's."
