Rolling Prairie Livestock Inc. Raising/Selling Farm Raised Beef for your freezer. Purchase 1/4 to a whole beef for your freezer. Custom processing is done at Cass Meats.

All of our beef is raised from birth at our Pleasant Plains or Virginia Farms. For the first 1 ½ years the calves will be raised on grass, alfalfa hay, and essential minerals. When big enough, they will be finished on Red Clover, alfalfa hay and corn for approximately 120 days. This allows the meat to become slightly marbled and improves the flavor and tenderness of the meat. No low level antibiotic feeding or growth hormones will be used.

Grilling time is almost upon us! We still have a 1/4 beef available on the steer being processed February 27th and a 1/2 on another for March 12th. Get your orders in!
Who is interested in purchasing lean beef by the pound? Rolling Prairie Livestock will start selling beef by the pound if the market is there. We will still sell it by the quarter, half, and whole, but we thought we might add another option.
